Finally, it is possible the 1 component pavement fixing mortar with the traditional installation method. The “Main Brick paving joint mortar” was successfully developed, so that it can now be slurried with so much water into the joints, as desired. These water-tolerant application now reliably prevents bridging and poor gap filling with the known effects such as frost damage.

Working with Main Brick paving joint mortar is the new water-tolerant recipe even easier. Simple and effective!

Pre-wet surface! Vacuum plastic bags cut open and pour on the surface to be joint. With a broom (or rubber brush) carefully abide at the joints.

A slight “watering” when flushing with a “soft” water jet automatically leads to a higher automatic compression of the material in the joints. The water jet is not directly addressed in the joints.

The remaining grout residue on the surface with a soft to medium hard brush diagonally to the joints during turn away. A slight “watering” the turning away supports the thorough cleaning. Sweeping mortar no longer use.
